RPASCA is open for registration (2022-2023 school year)
You will see a confirmation page once you have completed your registration and you will receive a confirmation email. When we are full, I will send a note to let everyone know that we are "at capacity". You will receive an email with the registration fee before the end of August.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Established in 1978, Raleigh Park After School Care Association (RPASCA) is an independent non-profit that provides quality childcare services for families of Raleigh Park Elementary. RPASCA is governed by a small group of volunteer parent board members and staffed by a director and a team of aftercare professionals.
RPASCA provides childcare on school days from 2:30pm-6pm. RPASCA is closed on days when there is no school. RPASCA may choose to open on "early release days". In general, we follow the Raleigh Park Elementary School Calendar.
DATES: Registration for 2022-2023 RPASCA opens June 13, 2022
REGISTRATION FEE: $50
Registration will cost $50 per household.
CAPACITY:
RPASCA has continued to grow and, in the past, has been required to use a waitlist. Registration is awarded on a first come, first served basis with priority registration given to children who are registered to attend RPASCA on a full-time basis.
TUITION:
Tuition is anticipated to be $400 per month for full time care and $35 a day for drop in care. (We are unable to finalize tuition rates until we receive final lease information from the Beaverton School District, which is provided in July.)
PAYMENT:
RPASCA bills through email invoices using the FreshBooks platform. You will need to provide a valid email upon registration and indicate your preferred payment type -- check, debit card, or credit card. Credit card payments incur an additional fee assessed by FreshBooks.
